7 Doors is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive – Commercial Leasing to support its commercial leasing operations in Pune. The role focuses on generating leads, handling client inquiries, coordinating site visits, and assisting in closing commercial leasing deals for office and commercial properties.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential tenants including corporates, startups, IT firms, and co-working operators.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and broker references.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits and property walkthroughs for clients.
  • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable commercial properties.
  • Maintain a pipeline of active leads and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Assist in negotiations and closure of leasing transactions.
  • Coordinate with documentation and operations teams for smooth deal execution.
  • Build relationships with channel partners and local brokers.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on daily activities and closures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in commercial leasing, real estate sales, or B2B sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
