About Us

A dynamic, top-producing real estate team in Central Texas, Williamson County, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.

Job Summary

This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and project management. Enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure document accuracy, timelines are met, and communication for clients, agents, lenders, and title. You’ll oversee transaction Management with the help of Virtual Assistants who execute daily tasks, ensuring each client receives high-quality customer service. This job is in office 95%, a private office is provided, with minimal work from home. The main function of this position is to ensure that transactions run smoothly, provide positive and supportive client communication and proactive approaches to transaction management and client/agent outreach.

You never make excuses; instead, accountability and growth are core values for you that you are not willing to compromise.

Key Responsibilities

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination, operations, or project management. With a strong understanding of real estate contracts and the transaction process.
  • Enjoys a client-facing role for communication. Is the supportive and professional voice, guiding clients through their transaction.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy with strong technical proficiency in Google Workspace, CRM tools, and transaction management systems.
  • Reliable, organized, and proactive mindset with a passion for creating structure and efficiency.

Preferred:

  • Experience working within a Texas-based brokerage or familiarity with Texas real estate contracts.
  • Prior experience working with a virtual staff.
  • Real estate license (active or inactive) is a plus, but not required.

  • Competitive salary (based on experience).
