The Parts & Services Division as part of Business Area Mining drives the aftermarket business keeping customers’ fleet on track with services, solutions, and parts. We are now recruiting a Rebuilds & Upgrades Specialist for Parts & Services. The position is permanent and based in Tampere, Finland.

About your role

As Rebuilds & Upgrades Specialist you are responsible for engineered rebuild and upgrade kits of Underground and Boom Surface Drills. You coordinate the special needs of customers and propose a technical solution and quickly turn it into a commercial offer. You lead and develop kit supply related processes within the production unit and coordinate technical documentation of customer deliveries. You work with several stakeholders such as engineering, supply chain, technical support and product line management. Furthermore, you give Rebuild & Upgrade kit support to our global Sales Areas.

Your background and what we find important

You have B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering or equivalent studies and some experience in engineering, life cycle management and/or sales support. Experience in heavy machinery and/or mining and construction business is highly valued. You take ownership on actions and have a strong focus on aftermarket and technical sales. You can clearly and fluently express your solutions and ideas to our internal or external customers and you communicate in English and in Finnish. You create strong relationships with stakeholders and you are eager to learn new things and systems. You demonstrate very high service attitude even under stress and cope with wide variety of customer demands.
