We are on the hunt for a Reception and Administration Officer based at our Salisbury office with flexibility in your career by choosing from full-time or part-time employment!

So, what's the role?

The aims and objectives of this role are to:

  • Provide a confidential, empathetic and non-judgmental service to customers who present with a broad range of issues
  • Provide assistance, information and referral to people who present seeking services at any of the Allied Health sites
  • Support client on-boarding process
  • Prepare Service Agreements
  • Prepare invoices and payments of client account (NDIS/Medicare/DVA/private billing)
  • Provide reception and administrative support for site-based programs
  • Assist the broader Allied Health teams with their day to day operations

Essential Criteria

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with other professionals outside of the company when required
  • Proficient computer skills and quick adaptability
  • Friendly and compassionate disposition
  • Strong work ethic and professional approach to client care
  • Maintaining confidentiality of client records
  • Ability to work alone without supervision and within a team
  • Flexibility to work outside of proposed hours to accommodate extra therapy appointments should it be required
  • Desirable to have knowledge of Power Diary or similar software systems
