Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to be the welcoming face of our studio. This role blends front desk reception with customer relationship management and sales support, playing a key role in creating a positive experience for families while helping grow our dance community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Build genuine relationships with families to create a supportive and inclusive studio environment
- Respond to inquiries (in person, phone, and email) regarding classes, schedules, and programs
- Guide prospective families through class options and confidently recommend appropriate programs based on age, level, and goals
- Support registration and enrollment processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries to encourage class sign-ups and retention
- Maintain accurate client records and manage scheduling systems
- Assist with studio events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
- Help ensure the front desk and studio spaces remain clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Naturally personable with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, reliable, and highly organized
- A nurturing, patient, and caring demeanor, especially when interacting with children
- Confidence in speaking with parents and making thoughtful program recommendations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Previous customer service, sales, or administrative experience is an asset (experience in dance or working with children is a strong plus)
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families, and who understands that every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, create connection, and grow our studio. This person should feel comfortable guiding conversations toward enrollment while always prioritizing the needs and experience of each child.
Pay: $30,500.00-$40,000.00 per year
