As the receptionist and customer service coordinator, this role plays a critical part to ensure that all customers receive timely, accurate and detailed information and updates about all new and existing sales queries. This role will deal with most frontline communication at The Signal Group with a heavy emphasis on inbound phone calls, e-mail queries, orders and on-site visitors to The Signal Group office at Helensvale

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Answering inbound phone calls to provide support, information & answers on new and existing orders and queries.
  • Review multiple different computer systems to retrieve and update information relating to sales, including financial systems, CRM’s, inventory systems and e-commerce websites.
  • Manage multiple high-volume inboxes to process customer queries accurately and on-time.
  • Review, sort & process high volumes of in-bound orders from Signal Group e-commerce sites.
  • Answer customer queries and support usage of dedicated customer e-commerce sites & portal queries.
  • Welcome, induct and direct all on-site visitors at the Signal Group support office.
  • Customer master data updates and other required data entry.
  • Perform general data entry tasks relevant to the customer onboarding and sales process.
  • Develop a good understanding of the products and services offered by The Signal Group
  • Assisting with sales support functions in other business units within Signal Group.
YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Confident communicator – in person and on the phone.
  • Tech savvy likes to use and learn about new systems.
  • Experience in a customer service-based role, enjoys helping customers to have the best experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate and efficient data entry skills including experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Enjoys staying connected and initiating connections with a large team.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
