To provide a friendly and professional front-office experience for walk-in property clients, manage inquiries, and support the sales team through effective communication and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet property clients, visitors, and vendors with a welcoming approach
- Attend incoming calls and share project/property information accurately
- Provide brochures, pricing details, and record customer requirements
- Assist in documentation: booking forms, KYC, file preparation
- Coordinate with Sales Executives for property updates and customer handling
- Support marketing activities — display materials, event desk coordination
- Manage courier, front desk documents, and reception cleanliness
Experience & Eligibility
- Education: Any Degree
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
