As a Receptionist, your acts is the first point of contact for an organization, responsible for greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming/outgoing mail. Key duties include maintaining a tidy reception area, providing general administrative support, managing office supplies, and ensuring security protocols like visitor logging.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greeting clients, visitors, and staff professionally and managing the reception area's appearance.
  • Communication & Calls: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls, taking detailed messages, and responding to emails.
  • Administrative Support: Performing data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Transport and Stock Management: stock maintain in stationery items, calculate the mileage of Office Vehicles.
  • Mail & Security: Handling, sorting, and distributing mail/packages, as well as managing visitor logs and security badges.
  • Office Upkeep: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, ensuring office equipment is functioning, and liaising with maintenance or vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
