As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative tasks . Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be utilized.

Responsibilities

  • Update our internal databases
  • Answer Corporate phone line
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements and skills

  • Experience with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Team player
