Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist (Monday thru Friday, 8am-4pm) to join our team at Kimes Nursing & Rehab. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing compassionate healthcare, by putting people first. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for healthcare providers
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for billing and financial record-keeping when necessary
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and professional at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
