Role and Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent service to guests at all times
  • Adhering to company Brand Standards
  • Ensuring smooth completion of Front Office operations
  • Check-in and check-out of guests at Reception
  • Dealing with guest queries
  • Processing payment for guests bills on check-out
  • Organizing check-in for large tours and groups with room allocations
  • Taking reservation calls when required

About The Role

Candidate Requirements:

  • An individual with a positive, professional and friendly manner who excels in customer care
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring attention to detail
  • Organizational and Administrative Skills
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Experience with Hotsoft would be desirable
  • Flexible - the candidate must be available to work shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holiday periods
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, preferably in a 4* Hotel
