At Alexandra Dental, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, compassionate dental care in a welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a friendly, efficient, and reliable Receptionist to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact, warmly welcoming patients to the clinic.
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and patient recalls efficiently.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly.
- Process patient payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring strict patient confidentiality (GDPR).
- Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Support the clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-of-house receptionist or administrative role (experience in a dental or medical environment is a strong advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in practice management software is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage busy patient flow.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
