Job title: Receptionist
Location: BYD Wexford
About the role:
BYD Wexford is seeking a friendly, organised, and dependable receptionist.
You'll be the first point of contact for all our customers. You'll also provide administrative and accounts support to our service and sales department.
Main responsibilities:
- Greet customers, handle incoming calls and emails.
- Take service bookings and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Manage post, bank lodgements, and office supplies.
- Provide administrative support across all departments.
- Assist with account tasks such as invoicing, bank reconciliation, data entry and filing.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively.
