- A minimum of one years’ experience in a progressive environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization
- Client service oriented (both internal and external)
- Customer service experience
- Experience using a multi-phone line
- Experience scheduling meetings and conference rooms
- Commercial Real Estate experience
- You will support reception duties.
- You will successfully liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and managers / employees on a regular basis.
- You will proactively execute administrative duties seamlessly, navigating shifting priorities throughout the day.
- You will manage and monitor the inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
- You will plan and coordinate meetings, organize large and complex activities such as cross-functional events, and schedule conferences and office activities.
- You will coordinate communications, schedules, and information flow between departments.
