This position is a unique mix of retail, sales and health and is best suited to individuals who are self-motivated and driven by purpose.

What You Will Be Doing:

● Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our Floreat store located in Floreat Forum.

● Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers.

● Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer leads, expand store traffic and optimise profitability.

What We Are Seeking:

● An experienced and talented receptionist to support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results

● An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis

● Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets

● Strong listening and communication skills with people management, and problem-solving abilities

● Basic computer literacy
