Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and proofreading documents.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide information regarding services offered.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in data entry with excellent attention to detail.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as it enhances communication with our diverse client base.
- Familiarity with computer systems and office software is essential for this role.
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.14 per hour
