Duties include:

Front Desk Operations

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office correspondence, including emails and incoming mail.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain meeting room calendars.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing tasks.
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate courier services and monitor deliveries.

Customer Service

  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints and direct them to the appropriate person.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred

  • Experience in the automotive industry or a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Working knowledge of basic office equipment (multi-line phones, printers, fax machines).

Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 8:00pm

Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.25 per hour

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-08-31
