Duties include:
Front Desk Operations
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support
- Manage daily office correspondence, including emails and incoming mail.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain meeting room calendars.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing tasks.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed.
- Coordinate courier services and monitor deliveries.
Customer Service
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints and direct them to the appropriate person.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred
- Experience in the automotive industry or a high-volume customer service environment.
- Working knowledge of basic office equipment (multi-line phones, printers, fax machines).

Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 8:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.25 per hour
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Expected start date: 2025-08-31
