Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken female candidate for the role of Pre-Sales Executive / Receptionist. The ideal candidate should be extremely fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and possess strong hospitality etiquette. She will be the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients and must present an elegant and professional image while discussing luxurious apartment projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.

· Engage with prospective buyers, explain luxury apartment projects, and answer queries.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries efficiently.

· Maintain a refined and polished approach when interacting with high-profile clients.

· Coordinate appointments, site visits, and meetings for the sales team.

· Provide administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations.

· Assist in pre-sales activities, including lead generation and follow-ups.

· Work closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

· Female candidate with exceptional English fluency and communication skills.

· Experience in luxury hospitality, real estate, or customer service is a plus.

· Ability to engage and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

· Professional, elegant, and welcoming personality.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Basic knowledge of CRM tools and office management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
