We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Receptionist / Lead Coordinator to join our bathroom and kitchen renovation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously

Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful information about our services

Qualify new leads by asking the right questions to understand customer needs and project readiness

Schedule and confirm appointments for consultations and site visits

Follow up with leads and customers to ensure smooth communication

Maintain an organized reception area and keep the work environment clean and welcoming

Support customers throughout their experience by addressing concerns and coordinating with the team

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating customer records

Help create a positive, energetic, and professional atmosphere within the team

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service mindset

Good phone etiquette and confidence speaking with clients

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage appointments efficiently

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Previous receptionist, customer service, or sales support experience is preferred

Experience in home renovation, construction, or related industries is a plus

Pay: €35,000.00 per year
