RECEPTIONIST / FRONT OFFICE AGENT (m/f/d)

Work & live in sunny holiday destinations across Europe

About the role

As a Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for hotel guests.

You welcome people from all over the world, support them during their stay and make sure they feel comfortable from day one.

This role is ideal for young people who already have some experience in hospitality or customer service and want to gain international work experience in a resort environment.

What you’ll do

  • Welcome and check in guests in a friendly and professional way
  • Handle check-outs and basic administrative tasks
  • Answer guest questions and provide information about the hotel and surroundings
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Help solve guest requests and small issues during their stay

You’ll work in an international team and be in daily contact with guests from different countries.

  • Full-time role (5–6 working days per week)
  • Living and working on-site
  • EU passport required

Requirements

Who we’re looking for

  • You already have experience in reception, hospitality or customer service
  • You enjoy working with people and staying organized
  • You feel confident communicating in English
  • German and/or French skills are a big plus
  • You are reliable, friendly and service-oriented
