Your skills and attributes:

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Highly professional with a friendly can-do attitude
• Competent using Microsoft Office
• Experience valeting customers or transporting others to their desired location
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and hardworking
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Clean and current drivers abstract
• Must be comfortable and able to work with limited supervision
• Must have the legal right to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• Support our Genesis Operations Manager and Team with day to day Genesis related tasks
• Greet guests visiting the dealership and assist them with their enquiries
• Manage a small multi-line switchboard
• Provide barista service to visiting guests
• Providing administrative support in areas such as Genesis documentation, credit documentation, bank deposits, etc.
• Responsible for assisting with Genesis social media tasks
• Assist with the organization and facilitation of Genesis Marketing Events
• Assist with sourcing leads and referrals
• Support with full-cycle Genesis experience, including pre-delivery wipe downs, coordinating with PDI and Detail, fueling Loaner and Demo vehicles, and other tasks as required
