The ideal candidate will possess a friendly yet polished approach, a consistently positive presence, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Your skills and attributes:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Highly professional with a friendly can-do attitude
- Competent using Microsoft Office
- Experience valeting customers or transporting others to their desired location
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Flexible, adaptable, and hardworking
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Clean and current drivers abstract
- Must be comfortable and able to work with limited supervision
- Must have the legal right to work in Canada
Responsibilities:
- Support our Genesis Operations Manager and Team with day to day Genesis related tasks
- Greet guests visiting the dealership and assist them with their enquiries
- Manage a small multi-line switchboard
- Provide barista service to visiting guests
- Providing administrative support in areas such as Genesis documentation, credit documentation, bank deposits, etc.
- Responsible for assisting with Genesis social media tasks
- Assist with the organization and facilitation of Genesis Marketing Events
- Assist with sourcing leads and referrals
- Support with full-cycle Genesis experience, including pre-delivery wipe downs, coordinating with PDI and Detail, fueling Loaner and Demo vehicles, and other tasks as required
