As a dealership Receptionist, you will deliver exceptional service while managing our front desk and supporting our administration team.

Description:
About the role:

• As the dealership ambassador, you will represent the face and voice of our brand.
• Greet and assist all visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming phone calls clearly and promptly.
• Maintain and update the customer database efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and couriers, ensuring timely and concise interactions.
• Order and manage stationery and other essential supplies.
• Uphold the presentation of the reception area, lounge, and other designated spaces.
• Handle the distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail.
• Perform front-end roles, supporting our sales team and assisting with Service and Parts enquiries.
• Provide general support to the administration and management teams.

Skills and Experiences:
Who we are looking for:

• Experience in a similar dealership role is not essential but will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills—first impressions matter!
• Strong written and numerical skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and possess a positive can-do attitude.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• As our customers' first point of contact, your presentation is crucial.
