The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Receptionist & Office Coordinator to support the day to day running of our South Brisbane office.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, providing high level administrative support, reception cover, and coordination across a range of priorities. You’ll also provide trusted support to senior leaders including expense management, travel coordination, and diary assistance.
This role suits someone who can hit the ground running, enjoys variety, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to support the business wherever needed.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Front of house duties
- General office duties such as maintaining kitchens, supplies, recycling and office equipment
- Diary management and coordination of meetings, room set up, catering and events
- Assist with PPE/ Corporate clothing and office supply orders
- Purchase order preparation, issue and maintenance
- General administration and project administration support (e.g. booking travel)
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- General ADHOC duties as required

About You
- Proven experience in an administration, office coordination, or similar role
- Strong capability in raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate registers
- Experience coordinating travel, bookings, and office logistics
- Confident supporting senior leaders with expenses, coordination, and admin tasks
- Proactive, hands on attitude with a genuine “pitch‑in” mindset
