We are hiring a Part Time (mostly evening and weekend shifts) Receptionist in The Residence Carton, Tonlegee Road, Raheny, Dublin 5, D05 N5K3.

As a receptionist you will be responsible to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Here are some key duties:

• Greeting Visitors: Welcoming residents, families, and visitors upon arrival and directing them to the appropriate areas.
• Answering Calls: Managing incoming phone calls, providing information, and transferring calls to the relevant departments.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and managing correspondence.
• Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating appointments for residents with healthcare providers and other services
• Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of visitors, appointments, and other relevant information
• Customer Service: Providing high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant phone manner, and proficiency in basic computer applications like Word, Excel and Outlook. They should also be organized, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
