We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join our team in Raheen, Limerick.

The successful candidate will have previous professional experience in a front of house or customer service type role and wishes to be part of a team driven to provide excellent customer service to clients.

Experience we are looking for -

  • To have worked in a front of house or customer service role.
  • To be able to communicate well with customers and the team.
  • To be able to follow standards and to have good organisational skills.
  • A good knowledge of administrative procedures and timelines.
  • Possess excellent IT skills.

The Job -

  • Front of house, meeting and greeting customers as they come into the showroom and service desk.
  • Responsible for reception and switchboard, answering and distributing calls, taking clear notes and messages.
  • Introduction and co-ordination of customers to the Sales Teams and/or Service Advisors.
  • Provide administration support to the Sales department.
  • Register and Change of Ownership on Vehicles.
  • Data entry and reporting using our IT Business Management Solutions, including CRM and vehicle IT systems.
  • Work closely with all teams and departments to contribute positively to the vision, culture, and customer experience.
