Receptionist/Administrator/Legal Secretary

Due to increasing business demands we require a receptionist/secretary for our Solicitors practice located in Enniscorthy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following - Greeting clients, answering telephones, accurate message recording, diary management, daily post, maintaining office standards, typing (audio dictation), editing documents and producing final documents, banking lodgements to correct accounts, invoicing, petty cash recording and reconciliation, issuing receipts for payments. Stationary ordering and stock control.

Document management is very important and includes - collection, distribution, scanning, filing etc. Training will be provided for collating Litigation and Probate files.

Office administration experience is desirable. The role would suit an enthusiastic positive individual with a can do attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00 per year

  • Enniscorthy, Wexford, CO. Wexford Y21 XR58: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
