Our company is home to highly qualified and experienced scientists who deliver a range of analytical and specialist consulting services to our clients in the agricultural, environmental, food, and pharmaceutical sectors.

The company is currently recruiting an Office Administrator who will ensure the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision.

Requirement:

Education:

Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.

Essential: Attention to detail, excellent concentration, and organizational skill

Core Responsibilities of Position

  • Preparing of sampling kits
  • Data entry, creating spreadsheets and filing.
  • Liaseing with customers and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them, accordingly, addressing customer’s questions.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Preparing Sampling Kits and associated labels / paperwork for Clients
  • Taking payments and reconciling the Daily Lodgement

Key Success Factors

· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

· Excellent organisational and leadership skills

· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • County Kerry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Leaving Certificate (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • drivers licence (required)

Work authorisation:

  • Ireland (required)

Work Location: In person at the facility located in Farranfore, Co. Kerry

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
