We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and well-spoken female candidate to join our team. This role is the face and voice of our company, requiring a blend of professional hospitality and persuasive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential leads, explaining services/products, and scheduling appointments.
- Inbound Handling: Managing incoming calls, filtering inquiries, and redirecting them to the concerned departments.
- Administrative Support: Maintaining visitor logs, managing basic data entry, and handling emails.
Candidate Profile
- Smart & Presentable: Must maintain a professional appearance and a positive demeanor.
- Vocal & Articulate: Excellent command over [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi/Local Language] with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Confident: Ability to handle objections over the phone and interact comfortably with walk-in clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) and email handling.
Job Details
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome).
- Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary.
