Job Title: Recovery Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking a results-driven Recovery Executive to join our team, focusing on recovering outstanding debts and payments from customers. You'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, negotiating payment plans, and meeting recovery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Debt Recovery:

- Identify and prioritize high-risk accounts for recovery.

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to negotiate payment plans.

2. Negotiation and Settlement:

- Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and compromises with customers.

- Ensure agreements are documented and implemented.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate recovery.

- Provide excellent customer service while achieving recovery goals.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and analyze recovery performance metrics.

- Prepare reports on recovery progress and challenges.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or a related field.

3. Skills:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
