About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our onsite team. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and outreach to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. You will also take the lead on community outreach initiatives, representing our agency at events, job fairs, and local partner organizations.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across staffing and home health
1–3+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle strongly preferred)
Stable Monday–Friday daytime schedule

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our onsite team. This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and outreach to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. You will also take the lead on community outreach initiatives, representing our agency at events, job fairs, and local partner organizations.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across staffing and home health
- Source candidates through job boards, networking, community partnerships, and outreach events
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments
- Coordinate hiring logistics and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand staffing needs
- Attend and host community events to promote our services and job opportunities
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of caregivers, clinicians, and administrative talent
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics
- Support onboarding and new-hire integration
1–3+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle strongly preferred)
- Experience in staffing, healthcare, or home health strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with community outreach and public engagement
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple openings
- Ability to work fully onsite Monday–Friday
