Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in domestic corporate hiring across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and independently sourcing candidates using various job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles within India
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, and professional networks
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Handle candidate engagement, follow-ups, and offer closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring delivery
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (domestic/corporate hiring)
• Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment process
• Must have experience using own sourcing channels/job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
