Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiter at MAGNUS HRS. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding highly skilled personnel in the healthcare industry. While the role is based in Toronto, ON, it offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, and Candidate Screening skills
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and job market dynamics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in a in fast paced sales environment
Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources Management is a plus
