About the Role

In this role, you'll partner with managers across LIC to deliver a seamless recruitment experience, helping to attract the best talent for a variety of roles, from corporate functions to on-farm positions. You'll coach and educate managers, enhance recruitment processes, and deliver innovative solutions to build strong talent pipelines.

Your Key Focus Areas:

• Partner with new managers to guide them through the recruitment process.
• Deliver engaging recruitment training sessions for managers.
• Source top talent through job boards, social media, universities, and more.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical roles.
• Drive improvements in LIC's recruitment strategies and systems.
• Provide insightful recruiting reports and metrics.
• Stay ahead of recruiting trends to keep us competitive.

About You
You're a natural relationship-builder with recruitment experience from agency, in-house, or RPO settings. You're confident navigating the full recruitment cycle, sourcing for a wide range of roles, and finding creative solutions to talent challenges.

You'll Bring:

• Expertise in conducting various types of interviews (structured, competency-based).
• Experience with diverse selection methods (e.g., video interviews, assessments).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Proven success in talent mapping, pipeline building, and proactive talent pooling.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR systems, with bonus points for implementation experience.
