Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates. You will play a crucial role in identifying top talent that aligns with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including technical, executive, and campus recruitment.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as HR sourcing, social media management, and cold calling, Head hunting to attract candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
  • Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on talent management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and maintain Daily calling report.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates through effective communication and relationship management techniques.
  • Conduct research on industry trends to enhance recruiting strategies and improve succession planning efforts.
  • Support training and development initiatives for new hires to promote employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruiting across various functions, including technical recruiting and internal recruiting.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful candidate placements.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Naukri, Linkdin also is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to relationship management and employee relations is essential.
  • Familiarity with training & development practices will be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
