Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Blue Collar Recruiters to handle bulk hiring requirements across roles such as Delivery Executive, Picker/Packer, Warehouse Staff, Helper, Field Executive, Housekeeping and other frontline positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, references and other channels.
• Call and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Explain salary, location, job profile and joining process clearly.
• Conduct regular candidate follow-ups until joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment status in CRM.
• Coordinate with the internal team for interviews, documents and joining.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sourcing and joining targets.

Compensation Structure

First 2 Months – Training Period

• Training-based role.
• Performance-linked commission/incentive on successful valid joinings.
• Practical training on sourcing, calling, screening, follow-up and recruitment CRM.
• Performance will be reviewed during the training period.

After 2 Months
Based on performance, attendance, target achievement and overall recruitment quality:

Fixed Salary + Higher Performance Incentives

Top performers will get opportunities for faster growth and greater recruitment responsibilities.

Who Can Apply?

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and calling skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume candidate calls.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in blue-collar recruitment.
• Candidates with recruitment, telecalling or bulk hiring experience will be preferred.

What We Look For

We are looking for people who can source, engage, follow up and convert candidates into successful joinings, not just make calls.

Growth Path:
Training → Recruiter → Senior Recruiter → Team Lead

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
