In this role, you will:
✅ Design and implement strategic hiring initiatives to attract top nursing professionals.
✅ Conduct interviews, reference checks, and screenings to ensure the best talent joins our team.
✅ Collaborate with department leaders to develop targeted recruitment strategies.
✅ Guide hiring managers on best practices while ensuring compliance with HR policies.

The base pay range for this position is $61,340 - $76,388. In addition to the base salary you will receive a $10,000 assignment differential and a comprehensive benefits package. The listed pay range reflects the range of potential compensation for this role. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an appropriate related field; or
2. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in an appropriate related field; or
3. High School diploma or G.E.D. and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in an appropriate related field.
NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have previous experience with Workday, Healthcare Recruitment, previous Human Resources experience as well as Leadership Experience and previous involvement in committees.
