Recruiter/Hr Generalist

We are looking for a passionate Recruiter who thrives in their role, excels at identifying talent, and has a true enthusiasm for recruiting.

Currently, 80% of the responsibilities will focus on recruitment, with the exciting opportunity to grow into an HR Generalist role over time. If you are passionate about talent acquisition and looking to expand your HR skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!



Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment (80%):

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions;
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking;
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers;
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.

HR Tasks (20%):

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company;
  • Support the HR team with employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes;
  • Help maintain HR policies and procedures;
  • Assist in administrative HR tasks as required;
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives.


What Skills and Competencies Will Help You Succeed in This Role:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong focus on sourcing and attracting talent;
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software; experience with social media recruiting is a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • Results-driven mindset focused on achieving recruitment goals and delivering high-quality candidates;
  • Fluent in English (C1 level) to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
