Description:
Due to internal movements, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our team based in Banyo on a fixed-term parental leave contract for 15 months. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our business needs. This role will be based on-site, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times depending on the recruitment workload. Must have previous industrial and office recruitment experience within the manufacturing, contact centre, white collar and trades space.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruiting for a range of roles, including production workers, office and professional positions and contact centre roles.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An ability to work independently and as a team.
• Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to develop strong relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
