About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Assistant to support our hiring and talent acquisition activities. This role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in recruitment and HR, with a strong focus on coordination, communication, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes
- Post job advertisements on job boards and company platforms
- Screen resumes and coordinate shortlisting with hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM
- Support onboarding paperwork and pre-employment checks
- Respond to candidate enquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist with recruitment reporting and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or customer service preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using ATS systems, job boards, and MS Office/Google Workspace
- A professional, confidential, and people-focused approach

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $83,679.13 per year
