Description:
As an integral part of the Lowes Petroleum Service Human Resources and Payroll team, this is your chance to join a dedicated team for a 9 month period in a well established Business in regional Queensland. This position is responsible for co ordinating the HR recruitment process, working closely with applicable managers and will assist, and support, the HR Team where required. The role is based in our Goondiwindi Head Office - 5 days per week - Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of the role include however not limited to:

• Recruitment across our network in QLD, NSW, VIC and TAS including Drivers, Administration and Management.
• Generate employment offers and employment life cycle documentation
• Support colleagues to complete workflows thoroughly and promptly
• Guide new employees through general onboarding
• Provide troubleshooting support and maintenance for our HRM and online training programs (Elmo, SC Training - training provided)

Requirements to be successful in this position:

• Proactive approach to tasks and support function to the Team
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously
• Strictest confidentiality

Experience in Human Resources, Payroll or other professional roles will be highly regarded. However, if you have administration experience, are suited for a busy role and interested in Human Resources you are encouraged to apply for this position. Training is provided where required.
