My client, based in Dublin 7, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a fast paced and highly collaborative environment, where you’ll support hiring across a wide range of roles within a creative industry and play a key part in delivering an excellent candidate and hiring experience.
The Role
You will support and coordinate the full recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for candidates and managers.
Key duties include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure job descriptions and interview materials are accurate
- Screening candidates and supporting shortlisting
- Ensuring all recruitment activity follows internal processes and policies
- Managing recruitment data, reports and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records on the HRIS
- Coordinating with HR Operations from offer stage through to on-boarding
- Posting vacancies to all relevant platforms
- Supporting marketing with recruitment related digital content
- Representing the organisation at recruitment and industry events
- Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
You’ll thrive in this role if you are organised, proactive and comfortable managing a high volume workload in a busy, creative environment.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build instant rapport will be key.
Experience & Skills Needed
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in recruitment, HR or agency resourcing
- Strong interviewing and candidate screening skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, customer focused role
- Knowledge of recruitment approaches, tools and market trends
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience using HRIS or talent databases
- Ability to use LinkedIn and online tools to source and attract talent
- Experience with Salesforce or Sage is desirable
- Understanding of the animation industry is a plus, but not essential
- Hybrid working - 2 days onsite
