Job title : Recruitment Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and calendar alignment.
- Manage candidate documentation including resumes, interview feedback forms, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accurate candidate status and activity records.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, assessment details, and required documentation.
- Support recruiters in sourcing activities such as job postings, database screening, and initial candidate outreach.
- Track recruitment metrics including interview-to-offer ratio, time-to-hire, and candidate pipeline status.
- Coordinate walk-in interviews and ensure smooth in-office candidate experience (reception, meeting room allocation, documentation collection).
- Assist in offer rollouts, background verification coordination, and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Work from office on a full-time basis, ensuring real-time coordination, documentation handling, and internal stakeholder support.
