Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Master's in Human Resources (or currently pursuing final year)

    • Bachelor's in Engineering (IT preferred)

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with ADP or other ATS tools preferred

    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively

    • Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

About the Role

As a Recruitment Coordinator Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our hiring operations, ensuring smooth candidate experiences, and maintaining data accuracy in our systems. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and HR process management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Data Accuracy & Process Adherence: Maintain recruitment data integrity and ensure adherence to established processes on ADP and other WWT recruitment tools.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Support sourcing efforts through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify and attract qualified candidates.

  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' fitment, interest, and availability before forwarding profiles to hiring managers.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Assist with recruitment dashboards, status trackers, and documentation to support hiring operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
