To expand our high-performing team, we are looking for a skilled Recruitment and HR Specialist to spearhead talent acquisition, drive recruitment campaigns, and develop impactful training programs for our associates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Build strong talent pipelines via networking, partnerships, and digital platforms.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Recruitment Campaigns & Employer Branding
- Craft compelling recruitment campaigns that resonate with experienced professionals.
- Strengthen Planners Inc’s employer brand to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
3. Training & Development
- Develop structured onboarding and training programs to upskill new and existing associates.
- Enhance team performance through leadership development and competency frameworks.
4. Culture Building & Team Engagement
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture aligned with our mission.
- Design initiatives that boost team morale, engagement, and retention.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR strategy, or talent development.
- Exceptional communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- A results-driven professional passionate about building and developing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, business, or related fields.
