As a Recruitment Trainee, you will be assisting the HR department mainly with the recruitment part, but also with other aspects of the job.

Tasks

• Assist in writing and updating job descriptions and specifications.
• Post job vacancies on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
• Review and screen incoming resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Share screening questions with candidates to make sure they meet certain requirements and follow up with the management concerning their answers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between the candidates and team members.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including follow-ups and rejection notices.
• Update and maintain the recruitment database with candidate information and application status.
• Assist the operations department with daily tasks.
• Any other tasks that the Company may require.

Requirements

• Ability to adapt to change in an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• IMPORTANT: Already a resident in Europe or has European visa
