Commercial HVAC Journeyman Service Technician (Red Seal Required)

$44.80/hour base — $58.79/hour total compensation package

Right now we're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on service position covering commercial HVAC work across the Winnipeg area. Your week will be a mix of service calls, diagnostics, repairs, and small project work. No two days look quite the same, and you'll have the autonomy to manage your calls and the support of an experienced team behind you.

What You'll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment (rooftop units, makeup air, controls, and related systems)
• Handle small projects and equipment replacements
• Participate in an on-call rotation (roughly every 10 weeks)
• Work some overtime as needed during busier periods
• Represent Denko professionally on customer sites

What You Need

• A valid Red Seal Journeyman certification in Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration is mandatory. Applications without it cannot be considered.
• A valid gas licence
• A valid driver's licence and clean driving record
• Solid diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently
• A professional, customer-focused approach
