Regional Assisted Living Field Operations Manager

Large Regional Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) is seeking a full time Assisted Living Facility Field Manager to oversee all of their facilities throughout NY.

Extensive travel to 19 Facilities located in: Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Long Island, Westchester, Hudson Valley

Candidate must have Masters Degree, 2+ years of home health care experience, knowledge of medical terminology

Responsibilities

• As the Assisted Living Facility Field Manager you will lead the charge in developing and executing dynamic strategies to propel business forward and connect services with prospective clients across various platforms
• Embrace a dynamic role that involves travel, requiring reliable transportation
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key referral sources, such as physicians, hospitals and administrators.
• Work with facilities to maximize Medicare

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
