We are now looking for a Regional Commercial Manager to take full ownership of our portfolio growth and performance in the Kronstorf and Vienna region.

This isn’t just a sales job; it’s a role for a business-minded closer who enjoys the challenge of building a territory from the ground up.

The role

Reporting to our CSO with a dotted line to the local Managing Director, you will be the commercial engine of your business unit.

You will be the vital link between our property portfolio and our customers, ensuring high occupancy through a mix of proactive outbound sales and strategic relationship building.

What you will be doing:

  • Take full commercial responsibility for 5–15 projects, managing the onloading of new units and the strategic termination of others based on market demand.
  • Drive regional turnover and gross margin through relentless lead generation, cold calling, and face-to-face negotiations.
  • Use your relationship skills to find the "hidden gems"—securing off-market properties before anyone else.
  • Manage your primary region within a 1-hour radius of Kronstorf, while helping us scale our upcoming projects in the Vienna area.

What success looks like:

We believe in clarity. Your impact will be measured by:

  • Total revenue growth and portfolio profitability (margin).
  • Maintaining a high average occupancy rate across your units.
  • Your drive: High-quality sales outreach, site visits, and conversion speed.
  • Account retention and the ability to turn one-off deals into long-term partnerships.

Your Profile

  • You are a proactive closer who thrives on hitting targets and driving your own activity levels.
  • You have a proven track record in sales—ideally within real estate, leasing, or high-compliance services.
  • You can juggle 5–15 projects at once without missing a detail.
  • You are fluent in German and have very good English skills (both are mandatory).
  • You enjoy being in the field, visiting sites, and meeting clients where they are.
