About the role:


As Regional Director Nordics/senior BDM Denmark you will have combined roles including :

  • leading the Nordics team (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Baltics) within the Commercial Department of EVBox Bordeaux in view of delivering on the financial targets for the region.
  • Develop and manage large key accounts in Denmark.

As Regional Director Nordics/senior BDM Denmark, you have a broad role with a focus on developing and maintaining sales partnerships with key customers in the region. You will coordinate the sales reporting and forecasting for the region and you will be responsible for our Regional Accounts in Nordics. You will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, taking ownership of local Marketing initiatives and driving Customer Success to ensure unparalleled satisfaction and sustained growth.

Additionally, you will be a member of the EVBox Commercial Leadership team.

The role is located in Denmark and homebased.


Responsibilities

  • Motivate, develop mentor and coach team members of the Nordics team (up to 5)
  • Develop new business with (new) regional accounts (e.g. international (e.g. Fuel Retailers, CPOs, Distributors and Value Added Resellers).
  • Account management for our partners accounts to set them up for success and ensure repeat sales for integrated charging solutions (Hardware, Software and Service) and loyalty, including onboarding of international accounts, together with regional sales teams.
  • Help optimize the sales process, take care of implementation of strategy set in business and department plans.
  • Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and margins.
  • Report on the sales results timely and weekly.
  • Own sales forecast for the region.
  • Maintain all opportunities in CRM.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between Technology, Aftersales, Programme Management & Finance to ensure the best customer experience.
  • Coordinate the transfer and securing of commercial and product knowledge.

About you

Education requirements

  • BA/Bs degree in Business Administration or similar

Experience requirements

  • Ideally 10 years of B2B/technical sales experience within the EV Ecosystem
  • Proven track record in new business & distribution sales and over performance in sales.
  • Team leadership skills.

Skills required

  • Proven ability to identify and implement best practices in Sales.
  • Fluent in one of the Nordics languages and English (oral and written).
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office and CRM.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Affinity with technical products
