Regional Director of Partnerships | Drive Growth in K-12 Education!

Are you an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in K-12 school district partnerships? AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Regional Director of Partnerships to expand our footprint in the education market. Bring your network, your expertise, and your drive to connect schools with impactful out-of-school programs.

About AlphaBEST

AlphaBEST is a premier provider of before-school, after-school, and summer enrichment programs, dedicated to helping elementary students thrive beyond the classroom. We are looking for a K-12 sales expert who understands the school district ecosystem and can foster strong relationships with decision-makers at local and regional levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive partnerships with K-12 school districts.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders, including superintendents, administrators, and district decision-makers.
  • Utilize existing K-12 contacts and networks to accelerate growth and lead generation.
  • Represent AlphaBEST at education conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Present and demonstrate our programs to school leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and secure partnership agreements aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor market trends, district funding opportunities, and competitive activity to inform strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of partnerships and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in sales within the K-12 education market (e.g., working with school districts, vendors, or curriculum providers).
  • Strong understanding of school district operations and K-12 funding models.
  • Established network of contacts within school districts is a significant plus.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies, drive lead generation, and close deals with measurable results.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to travel frequently within a multi-state region.
